How much does shipping cost?

Where do you ship to?
We ship across Canada and the US.

How long does shipping take?

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping time: 4–9 business days (Canada & USA)

Why does shipping take long?
Each item is custom-made just for you. Once your order is placed, it goes into production, then is carefully printed, packaged and shipped. This takes a few extra days — but it ensures you receive something unique and of high quality.

Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.


💸 Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?
Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or there was an error on our end.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or offer a refund — no hassle.

How do I care for my customized items?

  • Mugs: Dishwasher & microwave safe
  • Apparel: Wash inside out in cold water, hang dry
